Perry secretively heads into the household bathroom to begin a diurnal expedition, dressing in his stylish fedora as a cue for action. Nosediving inside the spacious tub, he sets it off to unlock a steamy entryway to the trademarked headquarters, drying himself from the stream before logging on an assignment overview. Given the alluring sunshine, Major Monogram is certain of the antagonist's rainy intrigue, although the full details are evidently interspersed thanks to a bad signal, obliging a bathetic issuing through a landline call.
Arriving at the doctor's place, the agent manages to fool the trickster for a glamorous ingress in a window, much to the foe's bewilderment. Doofenshmirtz proceeds by enlightening Perry on the magic bit put on out of spite for a failed venture during his school epoch, an enchanter hobby ending in consecutive stinky chagrin.
